I started my prep for gmat in a serious manner about a month ago and I’m new to the whole idea of application deadlines being as early as Jan 2022 for an intake in nov 22.
But I stumbled across University of Edinburgh which is has selection rounds going all the way till June 2022.
Since I’m just starting out my prep (had an initial gmat mock test of 540) and working vigorously to amp up myself for the Uni of Edinburgh can anyone please help me with the things I should be most aware of?
Also, is it advisable to aim for the last round of 2022 Nov or instead wait all the way till next year for round 1 of 2023?
Help will be much appreciated

Hi @yogesh9124 , I suggest you do not select colleges only on the basis of application deadlines that most suit your current situation. You should talk to an expert to get your profile evaluated, understand what schools can be suitable options for your profile and future goals, and get an idea on the target GMAT score.

hey I'm in the same boat as you.
UK universities have mentioned on their website that they will close the applications if seats are filled before their given date. So please don't think that they are giving time till July or so! UoE is a top college hence, seats will get filled quickly.
Also, you should only apply late if you are very confident of your profile. Universities give preference to strong candidates who apply early.
So if you take apply by April then I would suggest to rather apply next year
