Fiction : Non-Fiction : Biography => 4:3:2
Total number of books = 4k+3k+2k = 9k
There are atleast 10,000 books: 9k>10,000
k>1111.1
we need the minimum possible number so k=1112

Plugging in the value of k:
Minimum number of books = 9*1112 = 10008
