Official Free GMAT Test 1 and 2 showing only 12 questions each

Question

Hey everyone!

I would like to take one of the 2 free official GMAT Prep tests, however, when trying to start one of them, both only consist of 12 questions each (of those, only 1V and 1Q).

Does anybody know how to solve this issue? I have tried using burner accounts, however, that has not solved the issue.

This sounds like you are starting with the IR section? There are 77 total questions among all 3 sections.

Thanks for your reply! I have opted for Q/V/IR/AWA order, however after 1 quant question the test will skip over to V and after 1 Verbal question the test skips over to IR.

Hey, yes i have the same problem! I tried it on different browsers, deleted all cookies multiple times, created new accounts and tried it on different computers connected to different wifi. Nothing changes.

I bought both exam packages as well to see if the problem was with one exam in particular but every exam has the same problem. (the free exams 1+2 as well as the purchasable bundles of 3+4 and 5+6)

Not one phone number they provide works.... I called all of them (by all of them I mean each and every one I could find) no one can help.

I don't know what to do either.

I planned to do two practice exams this weekend as my real test date is tuesday but if this doesn't work it's going to be hard....

Good luck! Make sure you do the review of your mistakes and questions before the expiration as you will lose access to questions and explanations after the subscription expires.

Careful to not reset Official Mock 3-6 multiple times to check whether they are working. They only allow 1 reset per purchase. Official Mocks 1-2, however, can be reset multiple times for free.

You can always try downloading an old version of the GMAT Prep software, if you have the computer chops to figure it out. Unfortunately, this often requires downgrading your OS: for example, I have a machine running OS El Capitan specifically for this purpose.

Please note that this workaround is only functional for free tests 1 and 2—even if you have purchased official GMAT practice exams 3-4 and/or 5-6.
