(500 words) Essay 2 The Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL) is a co-curricular program designed to provide students with the skills and strategies needed to develop as inclusive leaders. Seeing a few more invites trickle in on Clear Admit but good news is that they seem to have been submitted really early (end August) -- so maybe they are reviewing the applications in the order they received them.

yeah highly likely - tho there is a huge gap: 8/28 and 8/23.

I don't think the gap is necessarily that huge... I imagine the number of applicants who applied that early for R1 is small. Plus, there's probably a lot of people who don't self-report on Clear Admit... I wouldn't worry!

Because that's when the application is truly complete. It'd be closer to their previous system, the rolling admissions. They used to review applications only after they were complete
