The total deaths in 2004 were 29.28 thousand, which is less than 160 thousand.
It's illogical to have 160 thousand deaths due to heart disease while there were 29.28 thousand deaths in 2004.

For the second question, we don't know how it's changing from 2000 - > 2001 ; Hence CBD.

3. percentage of deaths due to car accidents in 2001:
1.12 / 22 = 0.0509090909

number of people died in 2000 due to natural disasters:
20 * 0.0509090909 = 1.018181818

4. 2000 -> 2001 is unknown, thus cannot decide.

The 2nd part of the question is not clearly worded.

Its mentioned that number of deaths double every year from 2001 to 2004 buts its not mentioned whether the increase happpens at the beggining of the year or at the end of the year. Additionally its not mentioned whether the value of 10,000 is at the beginning of 2000 or at the end of 2000.

Case 1: If its mentioned that "the value of deaths in 2000 was 10000" the most logical interpretation would be this 10,000 is at the end of 2000 and hence from 2001 onwards it would double.

In that case there would be 4 doubling periods from 2001 to 2004 and hence the value would be = 10,000 x 2^4 = 160,000. So the value is determinable.

Case 2 However, If the value of 10,000 is in the beginning of the year or the author intended to show that no data is provided for what happened between year 2000 - 2001 then the answer would be not determinable
