1) The region with the smallest annual percent change from October 2011 to October 2012 - North West - a change of 1.8
The region with greatest annual change from September 2011 to September 2012 - West - a change of 2.3
Ans - False
2)The median percent change for the four regions from August 2012 to October 2012 - arrange the numbers in ascending order and then find the median it comes out to be 0.3
The median percent change from August 2012* (I think it should be 2011 as there is no mention about August 2012 to September 2012) to September 2012 - 0.45
Difference - 0.15
The region with greatest annual change from September 2011 to September 2012 - West - a change of 2.3
Ans - False

The 2nd part of question requires data from Aug 2012 to Sept 2012, and on calculation the answer comes to .2 not .15, please help
