List 10 first prime numbers: 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29.

Only pair with a difference of 4 is 23-19 and 11-7, but you also have to consider the case 19-23 and 7-11.

So 4 possible possitive difference of 4.

The question asks for only positive differences. In fact the 4 differences are:
7-3 = 4
11-7 = 4
17-13= 4
23-19= 4
