I know how to calculate median using values and frequencies, however I get very confused when there are 2 types of numbers. Is there an easy way to calculate this using a table? MartyMurray

This is similarly to the frquency distribution in statistics,
so the total days are 28 and the values will be

1,1,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,3,4,4,5,5,5,5,6,6,6,6,6,6,7,8,8,8,8, so the 15th value is median so 5 is the answer
