Yes, it occasionally occurs that, because of problems at a test center or other issues, some people's tests have to be rescheduled. Then, since the system for handling such situations isn't great, people get charged for rescheduling even though they shouldn't and have to ask for refunds.

You'll get a refund. Unfortunately, you're just dealing with a suboptimal system.

It’s interesting because this has been happening a lot more often in the last couple months. I’m not sure what the reason for this is but I’ve been seeing a lot more posts like this really in the last few months. This has been very rare before and during the pandemic I haven’t really seen people bring this up. I’m not sure what the reason is maybe when you go to the test center, you can find out.

Sorry about having to pay to reschedule. I hope you get your money back. Give us updated about the whole situation if you don’t mind. And most of all, don’t worry about anything, good luck on the gmat

Quick update: I'm happy to share that Pearson VUE has processed my refund. After receiving the email about the exam delivery issue and going through the rescheduling process, I reached out to Pearson VUE for a refund.

I'm pleased to report that they responded promptly, and the refund has been successfully processed. If anyone has questions about navigating a similar situation, feel free to ask!

Hello,

The exam was originally scheduled for November 6th but was canceled due to an issue at the test center. I called the center to confirm, and they informed me that they would not be able to conduct the exam on that date.
