I gave GMAT Focus exam on 16 Jan. I have still not received my official score report yet. As for GMAT FOCUS there is no test taker copy or unofficial scores available. What to do in such scenario?

Was this a test-centre appointment or online?

1. Check your mba.com account again. That's where your official score report will show up.

2. If you haven't received your official score report, is there some other status message next to your attempt on mba.com?

3. You can reach out to customer support, but they may not be very helpful as it hasn't been 20 days yet.

Yes, it was test-center appointment.
It is showing 'pending' in MBA.com account. There is no other message showing on it.

Reach out to customer support (call them, don't rely on their chat/email support).

In the meantime, go ahead with your applications (if any). Also, mark Feb 5 for follow-up with the customer support people. That is, if you don't receive your score before then, call them up again on the 5th and ask them to look into the matter.

For what it's worth, as this was a test-centre attempt, I think you'll most likely receive your official score report soon.

Thanks for the help.
Now, they don't even give test taker copy or unofficial score after the test. I called them today, they already saying that they have escalated the matter and will get back to me in 2-3 days. Actually my system got hanged for few seconds in the test. So, they are saying that this is the reason the results are getting delayed.
