Issue: Whenever I review a question from my tests, The question opens in a new tab and the buttons for show-explanation and statistics along with other buttons in the bottom bar are non-functional.
I was not having this problem until today. Before this, the question review opened in a pop-up-like format where everything was working fine. Kindly help resolve this issue
