Given: 3 men can complete a piece of work in 6 days.
After 2 days, 3 more men join them.
Asked: How many days will they take to complete the remaining work?
Man-days required = 3*6 = 18 man-days
After 2 days, man-days completed = 3*2 = 6 man-days
Man-days balance = 18 - 6 = 12 man-days
Men available = 3 + 3 = 6 men
Days required to complete the work = 12/6 = 2 days
2 days they will take to complete the remaining work
