Hello Everyone,
It's amazing how GMAT club helps us all connect.
I had just given by third attempt of GMAT focus and it didn't go well. On the exam day, I woke up with a headache and I just went for it exam because I couldn't reschedule in the last minute. I hoped I could get my best score in spite of that but I got my worse score till date- 575 GMAT Focus (620 GMAT Classic Equivalent).
My second attempt I got a 635 (690 GMAT Classic Equivalent) despite the fact that I tanked my quant by not answering my last question in quant and still getting a 83. I answered all the questions but one question correctly and I thought I could the last one and fell for that trap. I knew the new GMAT has a huge penalty for missing questions. I was hoping by the next exam I can easily go beyond the 700 mark. I have been consistently getting 645 and 655 in my GMAT official practice tests. But sometimes things don't go according the plan. I feel defeated to be honest and I am trying to gather courage and strength to face the exam again.
I have a few questions on what should I do next.
Do I still have time to give the GMAT another attempt? Or Should I start preparing my applications?
Can I take a break from the preparation so I don't feel burn out? If yes, for how long?
I did self study up until now - GMAT forum quizzes and Official Guides. I followed
GMATNinja methods. I tried another test prep company method but nothing is as effective and practically doable like the GMATNinja methods.
Should I go for an online Test Prep? Or Should I just trust my gut and go ahead and do what I did until now and give it another attempt?
