Hi. Sorry about the round-about. Unfortunately there is no great standard for support as there is no checks and balances or really options or competition with Pearson.

Did you get your score?
Yes I finally got my official score report on Jun 26th.

I got a minor score bump. Not sufficient enough.
I will retake by Aug.

The name order of my account still remains the same. On mailing, they reply that the name order is changed.
So hopefully all good to go for my next attempt.

Hi there! Sorry to hear you had to go through all of that.
As this was your second attempt, wouldn't you already have created an account and have your biometrics stored with them? Then shouldn't this process have been smoother due to already having appeared once with the name arrangement used in the first test?

@RahVern—Which city are you based in? There are several GMAC and Seed tours going on. You can meet the GMAC officials there and get their contact info, which will help you get a faster resolution. For example, we have the Seed tour in Delhi today, and a few folks from the GMAC will be there. I know this is work, but hopefully a lot less work than worrying about your result.

Which sections do you need to improve on for your next attempt?
