(possibly stupid) question about my score split

Question

I gave my first attempt at the GMAT FE yesterday and scored a 735, which I'm super happy with (special thanks to the GMAT Club for all those super helpful forums). My section wise split however does worry me a little bit though. I scored a Q90/V90/ D79 on the exam, and probably messed up the DI section because of being VERY tired by the time I got to that section. Will the relatively low score in DI work against me in my college applications? Any help will be appreciated!

That's an amazing score! For what it's worth, I don't think schools will pay any attention to your DI score.

Congratulations and there’s absolutely no concern about having a slightly non-spectacular data insights score. it is still 79th percentile.

Amazing job getting maximum in quant and verbal...

Hi bb! That's great to hear; I've been more worried about this than I'm willing to admit, lol. A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into the score, that's for sure! I'll be sure to post a debrief of my whole journey once my deadlines are over.
