Representing the set to avoid any careless mistake/better visualization: {-10,-9,-8,...-1,0,1,....8,9,10}
Total integers = \(10-(-10) + 1 = 21\)
Since it starts and ends with even, so we have more even integers than odd
\(Even= \frac{21+1}{2} = 11\) , \(Odd= 10\)
Ratio \(\frac{odd}{even} = \frac{10}{11}\)
