Find ratio of number of ODD INTEGERS to number of EVEN INTEGERS
(-10,-9,-8,......-1,0,1....,8,9,10)

Total number of integers from -10 to 10= 21 (-10 to 1 & 0 & 1 to 10)
Number of even integers= 11
Number of odd integers= 10

Ratio= O/E= 10/11

Answer: B
