Hi my boyfriend attended GMAT exam today because of a live proctor she went in between the session got expired and he is not able to join the exam . We tried to reach the support and there were no response if we were to reschedule the exam and also if there is any refund for this or reschedule for the exam with no fee means that will be useful because he is a financial aid student we cannot arrange that much amount in a short period . If this is not the case he could lose his dream school so if there is any help means that would be great, Thanks
