  1. I don't know as well. It's on the OG GMAT practice exam 4 which I would think there's no mistakes, however not probable, it's very possible that there was one.

Why is answer is 0.18 and 0.03 instead of 0.34 and 0.18, considering that greater than 4 degrees may include some count of bar graph labelled 4 as well.

that's because the q asks for the min probability, given that the range for value centered at 4 is 2<=x<=6, the values could also be <4, so 16 isn't added to 18. Similar with the other case.

Because of the second line: greater than or equal to (T-2)°F but less than (T+2)°F. so, up to exactly 4 F is in the bar to the left, and anything to the right to that point is what you should be looking out for.
