Has anyone taken the gmat in recent times?
I found the marker usage extremely annoying bcz the marker gets dried up quickly, also you have to rub it against the laminated sheet every to make it work. Any suggestions to deal with this?

You must always test the markers before the start of the test, if you feel the markers are not working as they should, you must call the invigilators and get the markers replaced. Also, when you get to the last page of the scratch pad, raise your left hand (assuming you're right handed) and get the attention of the invigilators and get the scratch pad replaced, it would save few vital precious minutes.
