Usually, on the GMAT, the answer choices that contain data from some sort of survey are almost always wrong because the data could not be reliable.

However, for the question at stake, the only conclusion is that the production of a new device is viable and will bring profit to the company. And to have profit we have to sell it and therefore we have to have a market share. Notice the words in B "would buy"
