In general this is not true. There is this thing called as yield. So Ross admits like ~1100 applicants and out of which ~380 types joins & they know this.

So i am thinking more like 300-350 admits out of 471 in R2.
2026 isn't a normal year
So

Can't predict anything

They cant give just 150 admits - as the yield is not more than 35%. So not more than 50 people will join in R1.

I don’t think there is any exceptionality in 2026 - every year people think it is exceptional year.

Like WA@wqx3008 said, we should talk to the admissions committee and ask them directly

But just to complete the loop

500 invites out
60% of them get admits

300 admits
30% yield -> 100 people join

So what's the bottomline then?..
More invites incoming for R2 or not? We are sinking out here. 😂
Honestly personally have given up on Ross, historically they have sent most of the invites in one go yes

Well we do this by asking them a feedback post round 3 🥰🥰

As per last 2 years, they have been sending in 1 week (within 2-3 days) only
So I think by US EOD, another batch of invites might come.

Is there a preferred email format to reach out to your interviewer? I'm planning to use the below format:

Hello <name>,

I hope you’re doing well. My name is XYZ, and I’m a prospective applicant to the Full-Time MBA program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

The admissions committee informed me that I’ve been matched with you for an interview scheduled on February X, 2026. I wanted to check what time on that date would work best for you. I’m happy to align with your availability.

If another date works better for you, I’m flexible and happy to adjust.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Best regards,
XYZ

You chose slot from the calendar. The interviewer is allocated once you do this. You need to work with your interviewer to finalize a time that works for both of you.
