Total applications = 1800 & EACH application is reviewed by 4 or 5 officials.. so reviews are 7200 to 9000 for 1800 applications

However, each official can review between 40 to 60 applications
So no. of officials can be in range of :
7200/60 to 9000/40 (i.e. Min. Possible value of Range to Max. Possible Value of Range)
i.e. 120 to 225
ALL OPTIONS ARE WITHIN RANGE .. -> ANS is (E)
