Hey everyone.
I'm about to finish with my admission process, so I had some questions which haven't been answered by the HEC Admissions Team for a few days.
I was hoping you could help me with this.
So, the program I am aiming for is MSc DS and AI for Business (joint with Ecole Polytechnique).
2026 intake, R5.
1. HEC requires uploading a Proof of Exam (despite the score being sent). I cannot find any way to export the report from the MBA website except for saving it as a PDF file with the overall score report. MBA support didn't give me intuition, while the page dedicated to that appears to be unavailable to me. Is Print → Save as PDF... the right approach here?
2. I know that some universities have a temporary ban on admission if they didn’t receive the offer. Does this principle work for HEC and the program I am admitting to?
3. Is there any open data about the GRE/GMAT score distribution of enrolled applicants for my own assessment?
4. As I am applying for the R5, I am wondering what my possible options are for financial aid. And if, in theory, I receive an offer, will the university support me in my financing searches?
5. I noticed in the Scholarship page that there are need-based scholarships. But they mention only 4 rounds of applications, while there are already 5 rounds. I was wondering if this is an issue, because, from what I know, such assistance is available regardless of the admission round.
6. I already received Armenia's eligibility confirmation for the Imagine Fellowship program, but now I have one more question: is it possible to combine it with other scholarships available to me?
I would be very thankful if you could support me with these questions or find someone from HEC who can assist me in this in real time. The admissions team doesn't respond operatively, and it causes some inconvenience in terms of deadlines.

Hey! Congrats on being so close to finishing your admission process and great choice with the MSc DS & AI for Business, the joint program with École Polytechnique is excellent.
Let me try to help with what I can:
1. Proof of Exam (GMAT/GRE PDF) Yes, Print → Save as PDF is the standard and accepted approach when the official export function isn't available. Just make sure the saved PDF clearly shows your name, date, and overall score. Most admissions offices accept this as long as it's legible and complete.
2. Temporary ban on re-admission HEC Paris generally does not have a formal temporary ban policy like some US schools. However applying again in the same cycle after a rejection can be tricky. Since you haven't received a decision yet this likely doesn't apply to you right now.
3. GMAT/GRE score distribution HEC Paris doesn't publicly publish detailed score distributions for this specific program. Your best bet is reaching out to current students or alumni on LinkedIn, or checking forums like The Student Room or GMAT Club where applicants self-report scores.
4. Financial aid in R5 Most need-based and merit scholarships have early deadlines and R5 applicants often have limited options. That said, HEC does have some aid available regardless of round, definitely ask the financial aid office directly and separately from admissions, as they operate independently.
5. Scholarship rounds vs admission rounds You're right to flag this.... it's likely a website update lag. Need-based scholarships are typically assessed upon admission regardless of round. Don't let this stop you from applying, mention it explicitly in your financial aid application.
6. Combining Imagine Fellowship with other scholarships Generally fellowship programs like Imagine allow combination with other aid unless explicitly stated otherwise. Since you already have Armenia's eligibility confirmation, email the Imagine Fellowship coordinator directly and ask.... they are usually quite responsive compared to general admissions.

Greetings shailhills.
I sorted out everything using their instructions as well as my intuition.
I also applied for the Imagine Fellowship, because they consider Armenia eligible for it. Regarding the GMAT score, they mentioned 645 as the average.
Fingers crossed, hoping for the best.
