I have seen examples of HBS essays, where they start with a quote, question or a dialogue. Is it possible to include a quote from famous novels, especially in Leadership-Focussed or Growth-Oriented ones to make it catchy and explain the thought process? And when I say novels here, I mean any kind of novels, like Harry Potter series. (I come from Media and Entertainment background, so this question might help me.)
