Relationship breakup VS. Application ding

Question

Ding reminds me a lot of break up. Where I go through phase Denial – In shock :shock:

Grief and Despair – I cried and cried and cried. lots of eating Fear – fear of nobody would want me Jealousy & Anger – I think I'm at the current states right now after seeing other admits. :evil:

I found myself ranting day and night and yell "WHY NOT ME!!!???" Self-blame and Guilt – Confusion – Relief –

I think a lot of us have put a lot into the app season and a ding is(will be) heartbreaking. But, life will go on. It always does.

Are you going to reapply or go to lesser MBA program (of your choice)?

My roommate got rejected to HBS for Fall 2008 and he is reapplying this year.....
