Good luck gtanman and other interviewers! I sent in an update and figure that many of us should know more come May 1. Baseball season has made the wait much easier for me. Anyone else?

How is everyone doing on the decision front?

Congrats, guys!

I sent in my SNRE app today. Hopefully I'll be a last-minute Erb student next year!

Best of luck! The Erb dual degree takes 3 years, right?

Thanks!! Yep, 3 years. I was totally talked into it at GBR (although I was mostly talked into it beforehand). 2 internships, fascinating curriculum, another full degree, and a better shot at funding... I'll definitely reapply next year if it doesn't work out now (applications were due in January but admissions are rolling until the end of the month. I have no clue what my chances are).

I don't think they will reject you if you're in Ross, but alot of people LAST year applied during the first year because of the economy.

Yea, I was originally interested in Erb, too, but since I already have a grad degree in engineering - and I'm not getting any younger - I opted for MBA only. That said, I'm still very interested in clean tech/sustainability. I wonder how much of the resources at Erb we can tap into as MBA students.

Seems like it's plenty, which is why I wasn't completely sure right away. Obviously, the number of courses you can take is somewhat limited, and there are Erb-only events that regular MBAs miss out on. But the entire community seems pretty tightly knit.

I hope not. You don't apply to Erb, though. It's a whole separate application to the School of Natural Resources. Everyone told me that it was easy compared to b-school applications, but my frazzled, non-scientific brain certainly wrestled with it. We'll see!

In that case, I may need to hit you up for some Erb connections!

By the way, is anyone going to the Rendevous thing in June? Since I didn't go to the GBR, I may consider going. Well, if I'm chillin' on my parents' couch by then. Still too much uncertainty at this point, with internship and CBS still up in the air.

I just declined my Ross offer in order to attend Haas. I loved both schools, but the 1/2 tuition at Haas was the deciding factor. Good luck to everyone on the waitlist, I hope one of you gets my spot!

I'm in for Erb! Just got the email! Which is odd, because they're still missing one of my recommendations. Oh well, I'm not complaining!

Thanks!! I know; I guess sometimes it pays off to apply at the very last minute (not recommended for b-school, however...)!
