Congrats to your GF! Yeah, Sanford released at least some acceptances last Monday; 13 were reported on thegradcafe.com (GMATClub for GRE programs, more or less). Those 13 seemed like a lot for a program that's only 55-60 students deep (granted, with a yield of well below 50%, from what I understand.) That said, I did actually freak out, haha, and called the adcom at Sanford. They told me not to worry just yet -- not all acceptances were released. However, they wouldn't say how many were remaining to go out, in what order they were released or when the conditional admits, waitlists or rejects would go out.
Hoping for the best, though, from Sanford and from Fuqua. Will PM you to ask about you and your S.O.'s grad apps.

Who wants to pay $28k/yr for tuition? You can do that if you go back in time to 2002. This is an article from local business magazine regarding new NCSU MBA program and their tuition. SO, in less than 8 years tuition for MBA doubled at Duke and tripled at UNC!! Needless to say, UNC dropped in ranks since 2002 and Duke climbed up.

With the changes, in-state MBA students will pay an estimated $6,500 a year in tuition and fees. Estimates for nonresidents are $18,200 a year. Those costs compare to $28,200 in annual costs for an MBA at Duke University. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in-state MBA students pay $9,155 annually while out-of-state students pay $21,105. NCSU's degree was packaged as an MSM to appeal to students shopping for something beyond a traditional MBA, Bartley says.

Whether decisions go out March 5 or March 8, I can't wait! Hopefully, they will do as they did on R1.
On R1, where all decisions sent out the same day ot where there some early decisions?
