Ddu is from Chicago and was the first one to report a call. Not sure if there is any rhyme or reason to how the calls to the US are made. I think it goes by last name - hard to decipher on a board where everyone uses handles.

I think... this and one of the other posts clearly proves that there is no link between the financial aid glitch and an admit decision!

They are calling on the number listed in your application data. Seems like they are calling US applicants from 734-647-0000 (or some other extension like that).

First person to report a call was me, and I'm in the EST. Not from Chicago, or NYC, or Boston.

The call was from 734-647-0000 and they called whatever you inputed into the application form (I could see my application data in the system, my one and only link) I had a different number on my resume so I'm 100% sure

I think the "financial aid link" appeared on the weekend. I guess people are also curious whether you have the link now?

I do have the financial aid links on my portal, but I have not received any calls yet...nor do I expect do. I have a search engine issue that has arisen in the last few months which I think may have been responsible for many of my dings.

I'm fairly certain that the financial aid links are up there for everyone...those reporting they do not have the links probably just don't realize what links we are referring to.
