about the the decision roll out now for R1. Does Cornell rolls out all the decision at the same time as indicated on website or do they inform as and when decisions are made?

I scheduled my interview on campus with an admissions officer. Obviously, on-campus interviews are non-blind, but does anyone know if the conversational style of the interview that people have said for alumni interviews exist for ones with admission officers? Anyone know of any differences?
Also to share a little about myself, I have about 2-3 WE in public accounting and looking to switch careers. GPA was around 3.8 but not from a top undergrad school. Extracurriculars centered around doing volunteer accounting work for a non-profit.

just interviewed on monday, was conversational with knowledge of application (notes from readers, but interviewer had only read my resume not read my essays). i was scheduled for an admissions officer, but they switched it to a second year student. similar questions to those listed before, was friendly and not uncomfortably formal. best of luck, cheers and good holiday!
