Hi, I ordered a used Total GMAT Math book by Sackmann but it appears to be an old version (ISBN: 9781453772317). I would like to know if it matters. Do I have to get the latest print? Thank u in advance.

Here's what I'll say. GMAT math hasn't changed much at all in the past 15 years, so that's not a problem. I don't know whether the book itself was vastly improved from one edition to the next, but essentially there was no change that the GMAT itself required.
It's relatively easy to write reasonably good GMAT math practice problems. I have seen many math problems from many different companies, and the vast majority of them are solid questions. I am not familiar with the content of this particular book, but most GMAT math practice questions out there are good.
I would caution you on the verbal side. The vast majority of verbal content I have seen from private companies falls woefully short of the standards of the GMAT. I have seen truly atrocious SC questions that companies are trying to pass off as GMAT practice level. I would urge you to be particularly careful in your approach to a Verbal source.
