People have recommended Jeff Sackmann's Total GMAT Math and GMAT club tests. I have the entire MGMAT set and I plan to go through all the guides. Along with the MGMAT guides, should I get both the Sackmann's Total GMAT and the GMAT Club Test or just one of them. Thanks for the advice.

I think the comparison should be btw gmat club tests & Jeff sackman's extreme challenge. Total Gmat math has not many tough problems.
IMO, Gmat club tests are better as these are in test format with timer. Best of luck & keep us posted.
