What about the use of "supplementing" and "supplement"? Different? Is "determine how" better or what?

Subject verb agreement --- one of the several.... seeks
unidiomatic extent usage.....

B for me

This one is a "must have"

"that" is related to projects so it is between A & B.
I guess extend that is not idiomatic.

The grammar rule here is: that modifies the noun that is closest to it. Hence, the verb following the word "that" should agree with the noun which is closest to 'that'.

So between A and B. I think 'extent that' is unidiomatic..sounds very wierd. we say 'extent to'.. So B it is.. though I dont like the use of two gerunds...
