Total earning \(= 700 \times 12 + 400 \times 3\)

Additional earning \(= 400 \times 3\)

Required Percentage \(= \dfrac{400 \times 3}{700 \times 12 + 400 \times 3} \times 100 = \dfrac{100 \times 4\times 3}{100 \times 4\times 3\times (7 + 1)} \times 100= \dfrac{1}{8} \times 100 = 12.5\%\)
