however is so too are ... construction idiomatic

(A) so too are hybrids, they are the cars to combine : run on sentence - comma splice - two inependent clauses joined by comma without and!
(B) so too are hybrids, the cars that combine - correct, proper use of appositive modifier
(C) so too hybrids, the cars combining your - your?! the cars dont combine an individual's power!
(D) also hybrids, they are the cars that combine : same as A, run on sentence; also hybrids not properly joined
(E) also hybrids, which are the cars to combine: to combine is wrong and unidiomatice here, also is not proper to join two clauses.
