May be a dumb question:

Do we need to upload transcripts/ documents before Under graduation?

Guys please help.

You mean from highschool? Not necessary but check the school's application instructions.

Usually this is what you need to upload, (some schools might be different)

Any grades from college or university since you graduated from High school, including study aboard, exchange programs, community college, extension programs, EXCEPT if it is already listed on your university transcript

What about community college courses taken during high school? The grades aren't on my undergrad transcript but several of the courses I took during high school were advanced stats and business-related courses. My undergrad course load doesn't have as much of these kinds of courses.

Also, the grades received here are higher than at my undergrad institution. I figure it may not do anything, but it couldn't possibly hurt right?
