Most MBA programs are only two years and moving from one b-school to another is either going to be duplicative or inefficient for the transfer student. It is strongly advised that you put your best foot forward in the application process the first (and hopefully only) time so you land some place where you will be happy. It might not be your first choice, but there are so many terrific programs out there. Don't apply to one place hoping you will 'upgrade' shortly thereafter.
For the most part, the infrastructure at these schools and experiences you will have in any of these programs won't be so dramatically different that you will be at a huge disadvantage coming out.
