Question

If in a triangle ABC, angle bisectors angle "B" and angle bisector of angle "C" meet at a point "G". Will the angle bisector of "A" meet at "G" or not?

it has to otherwise that triangle will have not an incenter. All triangles have an incenter, and it always lies inside the triangle.

Yes, the angle bisector of angle A will pass from G, and G is called incentre of the triangle(G should be inside the triangle)

Easiest way to validate your question is to just apply it on an equilateral triangle, all three bisectors will intersect at one point. Try it once for yourself.
