Hey guys,
Just looking for some direction from people who used TTP to study. I have about 5 months to study for my test. I did very poorly on my first mock test (went in blind with no knowledge about the GMAT and got a 560. I’ve never sat that long for a test in my life). My stretch goal is a 720. I know how unrealistic that sounds but I want to put myself to a high standard!
I struggle the most with CR and DS. I consistently get 100% accuracy on RC and am not concerned about PS. I am an Engineering major in my final year so even though I did very poorly on quant I am positive TTC will help me improve significantly. The irony of studying engineering is that I have no problem approaching “complex” math problems but simple high school level ones catch me off guard lol.
Ok back to my question- how do I supplement my TTC dedicated plan with the OG books? And how often do I take a mock exam? The way TTC is structured seems like you complete the course first then take several exams back to back, reviewing your mistakes and weak areas between each take? Or have I misunderstood? Roughly how many hours should I spend on the TTC course vs OG questions or etc ? And what do you recommend for verbal? I struggle with critical reasoning.
Thanks in advance!!
