3. Discuss the most difficult constructive criticism or feedback you have received. How did you address it? What have you learned from it?
My questions: Is the essay asking you to write strictly about:
(a) constructive criticism or feedback you have received regarding yourself (eg, you suck, you cannot lead, etc)
OR
(b) more open constructive criticism or feedback you have received regarding yourself and/or the job you do or your company does or certain services that your company lack (eg, you own this business and your business sucks, bad customer service, etc)
I can write about some criticism targeted towards me (from a colleague) or towards my dept (from a client). I just wanted to know if this essay is more open to both and strictly asking for (a)

p.s. Also is it ok to email the admissions staff and ask them?
