a. 24 b. 66 c. 132 d. 264 e. 528

What is the answer?

I will go with

12C2 * 8 = 528

for each combination of ambassadors, there will be 8 kisses exchanged - 4 from person A to person B, and 4 from person B to person A.

So I agree with javropu and mistdew, but I think for different reasons.

Each ambssador kisses 11 other ambassodor 4 times ( 2 times each on cheek)

Total kisses = 12 x 11 x 4 = 528
