A & B - Usage of "which" seems to be wrong.

B & C - Eliminate - Usage of "are"

D is the best choice

I don't agree on the fact that which is wrongly used here.
which is descriptive and non-determinative in this clause and separated from the main sentence with the appropriate comma's. Correct use of which

I tend to go for A but I'm uncertain on the slammer. If it was used as a "nickname" for the gun I would think it would need capitals like in "The Slammer", not?

Thanks for explaining it. I agree to you.
But another reason why I would have eliminated A would be the missing verb "is"

BTW - "the slammer" is used in all the options so really should not be an issue in this Q
