Two cars start towards each other from points 200 km apart. one car travels at 40 km and other travels at 35 km per hour. How far will the cars be after 4 hours of continuous travelling ?

The cars are moving towards each other at a relative speed of 40kmph + 35kmph = 75kmph
This is how fast the distance between them is shrinking. Now, after four hours, the distance between them would have shrunk by 300 kms ( 4* 75). But since they started with only 200 km to begin with, they must have met somewhere in the middle and continued on for another 100 km
Hence the distance between them would be 100km.
Option (A) is our choice.
