$$z=2w$$
$$z*\frac{1}{10}=0.2w$$

Peter's number = z = 200% of Wanda's number

If Wanda's number is 100, Peter's number is 200 = z.

20% of 100 is 20.

20 + 200/10 = z/10

z=2w
w=z/2 * 20/100
w= z/10
