Let's mix \(x\) liters from container X and \(y\) liters from container Y.
Lemon Juice taken from container x = \(\frac{7x}{8}\)
Lemon Juice taken from container y = \(\frac{7y}{16}\)
\(\frac{\frac{7x}{8} + \frac{7y}{16}}{x+y} = \frac{9}{16}\)
\(\frac{14x + 7y}{16} = \frac{9}{16} * (x+y) \)
14x + 7y = 9x + 9y
5x = 2y
The ratio is 2:5 or 5:2 (depending on how the ratios are calculated)
