Two LoR from the same company?

Hi,

If I have worked for only one company since my graduation, can I use 2 letters of recommendation from the same company in my application?

Both my LoR's came from prior managers at my current company. I don't see an issue with this.

I would imagine that a large number of applicants get both recommendations from the same company, many because they have worked at only one company. In fact, you could argue that choosing both recommenders from your current place of work provides schools with the most recent and relevant opinion on your performance. Totally fine IMO.

The only reason you would not want to do this is if both of those letter-writers had similar experiences with you. It would simply make one of them redundant. But if they've got different stories to tell or different experiences/perspectives to illuminate, then there is no reason both can't write you an LOR.

I don't see any issue here. You certainly aren't the first person who has only worked at one company before business school. What is far more important in my opinion is making sure your recommenders are well prepared to write a strong recommendation for you. If their letter is weak or it seems like they barely know you, that will be disastrous to your application.
