Rate(2)=1/8

Combined = 14/48

Work done in 2 days=7/12

Work done by both in a day = 1/6+1/8=7/24

Work done by both in 2 days = 7/12
Work left = 5/12

Days required by new guy to finish the work = 5/12 *8 = 10/3
