Let A be the height of building A before addition of 20 ft. Similarly let B be the height of building B.
So,
A + 20 = 2B & A = 100 - B
Solving both you get,
A = 60.
So, it's final height will be 60 + 20 = 80 ft. Option (B)
So,
A + 20 = 2B & A = 100 - B
Solving both you get,
A = 60.
So, it's final height will be 60 + 20 = 80 ft. Option (B)

\(a+b = 100\)
\(a + 20 = 2b\)
So, \(2b - 20 + b = 100\)
Or, \(b = 40\), \(a = 60\), Hence, After addition of 2 floors building A will be 80 feet, Answer must be (B)
