Given: Each Choco milkshake costs: 52 cents
Each Oreo milkshakes costs : 58 cents

How many Oreo Milkshakes Tyler sell. Let us assume he sold "O" Oreo Milkshakes

Statement 1 : Not sufficient O+C=9 .
Statement 2: Not sufficient as it says C*0.52+O*0.58 = 4.92$ , We cannot calculate O.

Combining both the statements, we can calculate the value of O and hence C is the answer.

Solution:
Statement1 : Many possibilities. Insufficient.

Statement2 : Only possible with 5 ms and 4 os. Sufficient

Option B.

Statement 1:
Doesn't provide any concrete values for total cost or number of items sold.
INSUFFICIENT

Statement 2:
Let A be the number of chocolate milkshakes and B be the number of oreo milkshakes.
then 52A + 58B = 492
or 26A + 29B=246
or 29B=246-26A

or \(B= \frac{246-26A}{29}\)

Now, plug in values of A in above equation to find corresponding values of B.
When A is 5, B is 4. This is the only possible integral value of B we can get in above equation.
SUFFICIENT

Answer:-B

Answer can be easily obtained by combining both, but technically, 2nd statement is enough
Hence IMO B
