Hi guys. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I'm new here.
I'm in my last year of a Pure Math Honours undergrad program. I will be graduating soon with ~3.6 gpa. I'm interested in obtaining an MBA in the future, but I want to get some work experience first. However, I don't really know what counts as work experience for an MBA application. Currently I work for an airline. I mainly load bags and whatnot onto aircraft, but there are certain things that I do that has a lot of responsibility associated with it. An example is towing/pushing the aircraft around (they have to be parked very close to each other overnight, and a slight misjudgment and I just made two 30+ million dollar aircraft collide

).
I'm wondering if this counts as relevant work experience, or do I need managerial experience? Ideally, I want to be a lead at my current job. The lead is basically the supervisor. He makes sure that everything we do with the planes goes smoothly. If I were to become one, certainly that would count as relevant experience? I want to work for at least 2-3 years before going back to get an MBA. Thanks for your help to whoever answers!
