Typical Interview Questions

This site offers so much help on the GMAT, recommendations, essays, profiles, schools and all the wonderful info provided by experts, applicants and students. However, I searched and couldn't find much in the way of specifics on questions asked during interviews. I don’t know if there is some code of secrecy involved with this, if they force you to swear on your first born not divulge specific questions or what...so I figured I would ask this question, especially before all you accepted Class of 2009 people vanish off into B-school. Having a nice little database of schools and their typical questions would be an amazing benefit for future applicants (myself included) and since this years applications are over you aren't competing against anyone unless you are reapplying. It would be nice going into an interview on an equal footing in regards to what will be asked with people who are paying consultants thousands of dollars or know people personally of have applied to that school.


SO....What are some of the interview questions you were asked this year...if you could specify the school asking that would be an added bonus. If someone posted the same question you were asked, noting it is a question asked of you also would give a clue as to what questions are asked during most interviews by particular schools.

There has been some discussion of this topic: as applicants returned from their interviews, they often posted some of the questions they got. We had a long-ish thread on Fuqua discussions, but I am too braindead to find it.

Fuqua is ALL ABOUT the team questions. Talk about leading a team. Talk about working on a team when you're not in charge. Talk about a time you worked as a team to write an exam that was supposed to finished individually. Errr....maybe not that last one.
